The Capay Valley Almond Fes­tival, hosted by the towns of Guinda, Rumsey, Brooks, Capay and Esparto, fea­tures a farm­ers mar­ket with locally grown prod­ucts, almond baking con­test, and fes­tival food including corndogs, caramel apples, tri-tip, barbecue oysters, hand-pulled pork sandwiches, Hawaiian, Cuban and Indian cui­sine, and almond roca.
